Return Policy

At Carlas USA, we stand behind the quality of our premium TPU paint protection films (PPF). If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy for professional installers and detailers:

Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, except for manufacturer defect claims.
• Manufacturer Defects: We accept returns for defects in material or workmanship (e.g., bubbles, delamination, or coating failures) at no cost to you, subject to verification.
• Non-Defective Returns: Returns for reasons other than manufacturer defects (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind) are subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover handling and restocking costs.

Return Process:

• Contact our support team at support@carlasppf.com or via our contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and, for defect claims, upload clear photos of the damaged product (JPEG/PNG, max 5MB) showing the issue (e.g., tears, adhesive failure).
• Ship the product to our Arizona warehouse: 1 Deer Valley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Include the RMA number on the package.
• Returns without an RMA or sent after 30 days may be refused.

Shipping Costs:

• For manufacturer defects, Carlas USA covers return shipping costs upon approval.
• For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the product.
• For non-defective returns, the refund excludes the 30% restocking fee and original shipping costs.
• Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) will be refunded for taxable returns, per state requirements.

Exclusions:

• Custom-cut or colored PPF (e.g., Mordant Blue, Piano Black) is non-returnable unless defective.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or storage are not eligible for return.
